What is RUSH Conference?

This is a 3.5 day experience where Summer Camp and Youth Conference collide. This will be jam-packed with next-level activities, opportunities to build lasting friendships, and a lot of powerful moments in God’s presence. Our mornings will be filled with activities and evenings will have a life-changing main session with worship, the word, and Life Group time. The fun activities including Battle dome competitions, food, movies, Tico Time, and more!

Where is RUSH Conference?

Pinon Hills Community Church 5101 N Dustin Ave and on Thursday we will be at Tico Time during the day.

What about meals and snacks?

All students who register will be eligible to enjoy 6 meals. Wednesday will have dinner provided, Thursday-Friday will have breakfast, snack and dinner provided, Saturday will have breakfast provided.

Can I sponsor a student to go to RUSH Conference?

Yes! If you would like to sponsor a student or multiple students, you can do so during registration by clicking "add ons".

Will my student be safe?

Your student’s safety is of utmost importance to us! Because of this, our adult to student ratio will be low and many others on campus to assist. Each adult on campus will have secured a live background check. Students will be placed in Life groups based on their age and gender. Bathroom facilities are gender specific.

Our team follows more than minimum protocol on CPR certifications and we will have a volunteer medical team on site to administer medication or make emergency decisions if needed.

How will my student get there?

This is not an overnight event so you will need to coordinate transportation to and from the church on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th. Carpooling between parents/families is encouraged but will not be organized by the church.

We will email a detailed list of what to bring closer to July!

Can I volunteer at RUSH Conference?

We require all of our volunteers & leaders to complete a live scan background check and align with the Piñon Hills Community Church statement of beliefs. You can email vcraver@phcc.church.

Are cellphones allowed?

Our goal is that your student has an amazing time encountering God and building community with friends. We will allow students to bring their phones, but ask that they don't allow them to be a distraction to themselves or others around them. If the phone becomes an issue, it will be taken away until they get picked up that night.

To contact your student, you can connect with them via phone, or call the church line for emergencies.

How much does RUSH Conference cost?

Cost is $75.00 now - July 2nd. July 3rd - July 24th the cost will jump to $85.00.

Will it be refundable if my student can’t attend?

*RUSH CONFERENCE IS NON REFUNDABLE

What are our options if finances are an obstacle?

We never want finances to be a reason for our students to not come to RUSH Conference!
